The SC180 Series offers integrated back, seat, and leg design that looks classic and aesthetically pleasing while maintaining maximum strength. The frame is constructed of two parallel 18 gauge 1" thick tubes that are welded together beneath the seat. The U-shaped back is contoured carefully to ensure maximum screw engagement and strength, while providing comfortable support. The frame is contoured to fit the shape of the Melsur™ solid plastic seat. This seat is stain and wear resistant, as well as self-extinguishing, and features a waterfall edge for seating comfort. The seats and backs are attached with steel rivets under the plastic for no hardware exposure.
