How to Specify Fomcore Furniture for Your School

Match the Product Series to Your Space Type

Nest Series suits defined personal spaces: focus enclosures, sensory nests, and floor pads. Lily Series is open floor seating for group areas. Connect Series combines seating and writing surfaces for collaborative zones that reconfigure as instruction changes.

Understand the Configuration Options

Every Fomcore product includes a vinyl color selection, a zipper color selection, and an optional CAL 133 treatment. The Eagle's Nest Enclosure requires a separate specification document. Download the spec before ordering.

Plan for Warranty and Institutional Standards

Fomcore carries a lifetime warranty on all foam and fabric. Warranty documentation is available for download before purchase. Fomcore products are non-refundable once ordered. Confirm all configuration selections before submitting an order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is Fomcore's return and refund policy for school orders?

Fomcore products are non-refundable once an order is placed. This applies to all items in the Fomcore line regardless of configuration. Because every piece is made-to-order, confirm all vinyl colors, zipper colors, and CAL 133 fire code selections before submitting. Once production begins, configurations cannot be changed. Contact our team with any specification questions before purchase.

Q2: What does the Fomcore lifetime warranty cover and how do I access it?

Fomcore's lifetime warranty covers all foam and fabric against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty documentation is available for download before purchase. Confirm warranty terms against your school or district requirements before ordering.

Q3: What is the CAL 133 flame retardant option on Fomcore products?

CAL 133 refers to California Technical Bulletin 133, the open-flame test standard for furniture in public occupancy settings. Required for California schools and any institution that must meet this fire code. Select the CAL 133 option at checkout on individual Fomcore product pages.
