iRise Whiteboard Steps

- Standard IWB Step - Made from Baltic birch plywood to provide a sturdy stepping surface. Includes handrails for safety.
- IWB Step - Constructed from Baltic birch wood, making it durable and long-lasting. Carpet is laid on top of the stage to create a slip-resistant surface also includes handrails as an added safety feature. Choose from six different sizes.

Important Features When Choosing a Smart Board Stage
Before purchasing your new whiteboard steps, find the most useful one for your students, and one that works best within your classroom space. Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Measurements - It is important to measure so you know exactly which size of iRise stage to choose. It is also important to know how high off the ground your students will need to be, as well as the height of the steps. The whole point of a smart board stage is to make accessing the smart board easier. If the height between each step is too high for your students, it will make reaching the board harder and less safe, so measuring is very important.
- Carpet vs No Carpet - This is a personal preference, though if you are taking safety into consideration, the carpeted smart board stage is the best choice. It provides a non-slip surface for students and gives a layer of protection if they do happen to fall. The carpeted stages have also been found to assist in the absorption of loud sounds within the classroom.
