With all of the supplies, tools and safety gear used in the science lab, there is one thing every science lab needs; storage space. Use these storage cabinets to keep all of your equipment safe, secure and set aside when not in use. You’ll find a wide variety of wood science cabinets to store your things such as microscopes, beakers, safety goggles and other science supplies.

Wall-Mounted

In most science labs you’ll find wall-mounted storage cabinets. These are perfect for displaying science equipment such as beakers, cylinders, petri dishes and anything that is fragile. All of our wall-mounted cabinets are made of solid hardwood and can be purchased with solid hardwood doors or wood-framed glass doors. These come in various widths to be sure to fit your classroom size.

If your space is limited or if you will be moving from one classroom to the next, you may want to purchase a mobile storage unit. These units come with four casters and at least two are locking to make sure they stay in place while an experiment or other work is in progress. At Today’s Classroom you can find mobile units with 2 wood doors, 2 glass doors or a wooden sliding door.

Stand-Alone

We also offer stand-alone science cabinets in many sizes if you want something that is not permanently attached to the wall or to store larger items like lab coats or skeletons. These cabinets can come with either one or two swinging doors; which most are locking for security.

Wall-mounted units will always have two doors but if you are purchasing a base cabinet, they can come with drawers, doors or both. Drawers are perfect for small supplies such as safety goggles, gloves, syringes, tweezers and more. Doors are great if you are storing larger items such as microscopes, beakers and other larger more fragile supplies. Another feature of cabinets with drawers is that most have adjustable shelves to make sure that all of your items fit perfectly.
