One piece top including sink is molded of polyolefin.  Polyolefin is easy to clean,  extremely chemical resistant, and is highly impact resistant to reduce glassware breakage. The low temperature strength eliminates cracking with dry ice. The long grooved sloping counter leads to large sink in center.
