Dry Erase Board Tables

All classrooms need to have some sort of tables or desks. Tables are becoming a more popular option amongst teachers as they give students the opportunity to collaborate with their classmates and build social skills. Dry-erase tables are a new style of table that provides a collaborative environment while also giving students a chance to have a hands-on learning experience right at their workspace.

Why Choose Whiteboard Tables?

Whiteboard tables are a creative way to teach students. Students get excited about learning styles that are different from the typical pencil and paper method. By providing students with a whiteboard table, they are practicing their writing; however, now they are engaged because they get to write on the table. These are a great tool for many subject areas, especially math. Students can write problems out on the table, much bigger than they could on their paper. This can help students easily see the steps they’ve already completed to solve the problem. If they make a mistake, they can easily begin again or go back to that step by erasing the table with a rag or even their hand. Teachers can draw visual aids on the tables for students to see. It is also a great tool for group work, providing a large space where all students can write and participate. These types of tables also help students and teachers cut back on wasted paper. Instead of giving students a paper to doodle on or to work out a problem, they can now do it right at their seats with ease.

What Whiteboard Tables We Offer

Most of the popular-shaped activity tables that we carry at Today’s Classroom are available with a whiteboard top. Some of these tables include: kidney-shaped, horseshoe, round, flower, rectangle, square, and more. The shape of the table will depend on how you plan to incorporate the whiteboard table into your classroom. Kidney and horseshoe tables are a great option for centers and small group work; however, they are usually not the best option for everyday seating. Rectangle, square, or circle tables would be a better option for daily, full-class seating. The tables are available with adjustable legs to be raised for older students or lowered for younger students. We also offer tables on wheels with full locking systems that allow you to easily move tables around your room in order to clean or organize your space.
