Any product, part, or component must have been installed, used, and maintained according to Whitney Brothers published instructions to be eligible for coverage under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to products that are damaged resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modification, or repair by persons not authorized by us. Any modification to the original product voids the manufacturer’s warranty. Any implied warranties, including any warranty of 
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent allowed by law. Whitney Brothers will not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or incidental or consequential damages for any warranty claim.
