Underside surfaced with backer sheet for balanced construction. “T” type oval black vinyl edge band spot-nailed to prevent pullout. • Option - PermaTuff Edge: Edges of top shall be protected with a polyurethane epoxy resin chemically bonded to the edge of the laminate worksurface. Available in black only. Wire Management Tray: Die formed 22-gauge steel with smooth black Epoxy powder coat finish. Slotted in side and bottom for cable passage. Cantilevered Pedestal Legs: 1¼” x 2½” 14-gauge upper rectangular tube mig welded to a 1¼” square 16- gauge top support tube. Inserts are 1” x 2¼” 16-gauge mig welded to a 1¼” square 11-gauge base (foot) tube. Stretcher bar assembly is a 1” x 2¼” 16-gauge stretcher bar sigma welded to two 13-gauge die formed gussets at both ends. The stretcher bar assembly uses 5/16” bolts with a lock washer and nut to join both pedestals securely. Metal Finish: All metals are thoroughly cleaned, phosphate coated, then electrostatically sprayed with powder coat Epoxy finish. Glides: 1 1/8” diameter nickel plated steel with adjustable height feature for uneven floors and nylon base.
